SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) — Lincoln boys and Rapid City Stevens girls track and field clinched the Class ‘AA’ state championships on Saturday at Howard Wood Field.

The Patriots moved past Brandon Valley to sit atop the leaderboard with 178 points. The Lynx finished second with 115 points. The Harrisburg Tigers took third, followed by Rapid City Central and Rapid City Stevens to round out the top five.

RC Stevens girls jumped ahead of Harrisburg, winning first by 13 points. Lincoln finished third with 81 points, with Spearfish and Brandon Valley trailing in fourth and fifth.
