10 Power Four head coaches on hot seat in 2026

With the NCAA transitioning into the NIL and expanded transfer portal era, coaches are more responsible than ever to put together a great squad. However, some haven't been able to, and they're running out of time.

Whether that's through outdated tactics, a portal exodus, or just bad strategy, there are some coaches who are on the hot seat entering this season. Last season, there were 13 coaches at the Power Four level fired, and a few more stepped down or retired from their posts.
