The Baltimore Ravens did not have a quiet offseason.

After missing the playoffs for just the second time in the Lamar Jackson era, Baltimore reset its operation around new head coach Jesse Minter, added major pieces on both sides of the ball, and entered the summer with the urgency of a team trying to get back into the AFC's top tier. The Ravens signed Trey Hendrickson and Calais Campbell, drafted Penn State guard Vega Ioane in the first round, added pass-rusher Zion Young, brought in safeties and depth pieces, and turned the offense over to first-year coordinator Declan Doyle.
