Week 3 of the 2026 season is upon us, and the Mountain West football hierarchy looks to be set for the rest of the proceedings. Some teams in the conference are on their first bye of the season this week, leading to a much leaner schedule than we have had for the first two full weeks of the season. Nonetheless, the lack of FCS opponents make this a much more intriguing slate than previous weeks as well, with some revenge games and a potentially massive upset on the docket. Without further ado, let's get into the Week 3 slate.

Wyoming Cowboys (1-1) at Central Michigan Chippewas (1-1)
