3 questions for the Sean Mannion offense

The Eagles have handed the keys to the offense to Sean Mannion, who this time three years ago was an unemployed player. Supporting him is a coaching staff that is also pretty light on experience: passing game coordinator Josh Grizzard, offensive line coach Chris Kuper, tight ends coach Ryan Mahaffey, and offensive analyst Jerrod Johnson have 11 combined seasons as a position coach, pass/run game coordinator, or offensive coordinator.

The Eagles are putting a lot of faith in a group of inexperienced coaches who run an offense that will feel foreign to the style of play they have had for years. Jeffrey Lurie has previously said he doesn't want his team to be risk averse. This is definitely taking a risk.
