49ers are putting WR Ricky Pearsall on season-ending IR

49ers receiver Ricky Pearsall's third NFL season is already over.

Via Matt Barrows of The Athletic, G.M. John Lynch said Saturday that the team will be putting Pearsall on injured reserve. By rule, he won't be eligible to return to the 49ers in 2026.
