49ers offseason moves earn high marks from ESPN

While the Seattle Seahawks enter the season as defending Super Bowl champions and the Los Angeles Rams made headlines with their aggressive moves, the San Francisco 49ers quietly turned in one of the stronger offseason report cards in the NFL.

The team earned a B+ from ESPN's Seth Walder in his annual evaluation of all 32 teams, which was among the top tier of Walder's rankings. San Francisco trailed only a handful of teams that received an A or A-, and tied with several others — including the Chicago Bears, Cleveland Browns, Green Bay Packers and New York Giants — at B+.
