49ers stars get positive injury updates ahead of Broncos game

The San Francisco 49ers finally have some good news on the health front. Both wide receiver Mike Evans and linebacker Dre Greenlaw are active for the team's Week 4 game against the Denver Broncos.

Evans has had a very rough early season. He hurt his hip in Week 2 and was questionable heading into Week 3. He ended up playing last week, but left the game early with a rib injury. Despite the nagging injuries, which now include a fractured rib which he'll cover with a protective vest, Evans is going to give it a go again.
