Alec Pierce to receive second opinion
Indianapolis Colts WR Alec Pierce (heel) is considered week-to-week after aggravating his heel injury in Week 2, according to sources. Pierce is scheduled to receive a second opinion on the injury.
Why It Matters: It seems likely that Pierce will miss some time because of the injury, but fantasy players should have a better timeline in the near future. Laquon Treadwell could see a bigger role if Pierce misses time but is not a starting fantasy option at this point. Josh Downs may be the only Colts receiver that can be a starting fantasy option.
