Appointment Of New Non-Executive Directors

Celtic is pleased to announce the appointments of Mark Keane and Raymond Buchanan as new Non-Executive Directors. Mark's appointment will take effect immediately and Raymond's appointment will take effect following the conclusion of his current role.

Mark is the founder of Slievemore, a Scotland-based family investment office with interests in retail, property, leisure, development and investment. He has over 25 years' experience in property investment, development and retail businesses and is a significant shareholder in Celtic.
