Arsenal makes plans to snap up Liverpool wonderkid

Liverpool signed Rio Ngumoha from Chelsea's youth team, and he has emerged as one of the best teenagers in English football since making the move. However, questions remain over how long he will stay at Anfield, particularly with interest from other major clubs.

During the summer, Bayern Munich made an attempt to add Ngumoha to their squad and reportedly reached an agreement with the youngster on personal terms. Liverpool, however, rejected their advances because they consider him an important player for their future.
