Aston Villa defender Maritz signs new deal

Aston Villa defender Noelle Maritz has signed a contract extension with the club.

The Villans announced the news via a post on their official club website earlier today.

The 30-year-old Swiss international has spent the last two-and-a-half seasons with Aston Villa after joining the club from Arsenal in January 2024. She has gone on to make 59 appearances for The Villans, helping the club to compete strongly in the Barclays Women's Super League.
