Jake Fischer: Being told Ryan Richman, the former Wizards assistant, has signed a deal to become the new head coach of Alvark Tokyo in the Japanese B.League Premier. After leaving Washington to lead SeaHorses Mikawa to three-straight playoff appearances, Richman was sought after by half a dozen teams and a few NBA assistant opportunities before agreeing with Alvark, widely regarded as Asia’s most coveted head coaching position.
