A man suspected of carrying out a terror rampage at a Berlin Pride event has been shot dead by police. German police say officers fired at Abdul Ballout after he rushed towards them with a knife. They say he died at the scene. Prosecutors say that Ballout drove a van into a crowd and stabbed multiple people in an attack that left one woman dead and at least 29 injured.
