Bidders interested in bringing a team to Las Vegas had to submit bids by Sept. 17, according to sources with knowledge of the process who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly. It was the second bid deadline for a Las Vegas team — though not the final round, as commissioner Adam Silver said earlier this week.
