It's truly hard to put into words just how dominant Jacob Misiorowski has been this season.

The Milwaukee Brewers' flamethrower took the league by storm last season, being named an All-Star after making just five starts.

Now, here in his first full season, he's well on his way to another All-Star Game appearance. The Brewers handled the Colorado Rockies on Saturday night, 7-1, in a game that highlighted Miz on the mound just as much as it did this Brewers offense.

Historically, Coors Field is not an easy ballpark to pitch in. Home runs tend to be given up left and right, but Miz defied the odds as he urged Pat Murphy to keep him in to finish the seventh inning. Sure enough, he escaped the jam he got himself into.

Miz Threw the 30 Fastest Pitches Ever at Coors Field

Codify posted a graphic that's impossible for a casual fan to wrap their head around. Coors Field, which opened in 1995, hasn't ever seen a pitcher like The Miz. According to Codify Baseball, on Saturday night, Misiorowski threw the 30 fastest pitches in ballpark history.

Miz topped out at 103.7 mph and still was able to reach 101.3 mph in the seventh. More impressively, that 101.3 mph pitch was his 98th, the final pitch he threw as part of seven shut-out innings.

Miz Leads All Teams in Baseball for 100+ MPH Pitches

After a historic start in Colorado, Misiorowski officially established himself as the triple digit king. Fresh off his 13th start, Miz recorded his 350th pitch that clocked in at 100+ mph. When looking at the league as a whole, not a single team has thrown that many pitches in triple digits.

Yes, that is correct. One player, who just happens to be 24-years-old, has thrown more 100+ mph pitches himself than any other team has in the entire league.

Lowest ERA in Seven-Start Span Since 1968

Shohei Ohtani has been getting a ton of attention for his dazzling ERA, and rightfully so, but Miz is on an incredible seven-game stretch. Dating back to 1968, only Bob Gibson (0.14) has an ERA than Misiorowski (0.20).

There's a minimum 30-inning pitched limit to go along with this record, one Miz has done with ease. Knowing he just went seven against the Rockies, it's not surprising to see he's thrown 45.1 innings in this sample size, having allowed just one run in the process.
