Caleb Williams helped off field after Bears injury

The Bears lost more than a game Sunday.

Quarterback Caleb Williams was helped off the field in Chicago on Sunday after he took off on a scramble in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game. He slide, and after suffering the non-contact injury, he needed to be helped off the field after he was injured sliding. Tyson Bagent took over.
