The 2026 Calgary Stampede has officially crowned its champions. After a week of intense competition and unforgettable performances, the final four competitors in each event stepped into the spotlight for Showdown Sunday with a $50,000 championship check on the line. The result? A dramatic finale for one of the biggest rodeos of the season.

It was an electrifying final round in the bareback riding, with every cowboy in the four-man round scoring over 90 points. Ultimately, Bradlee Miller rose to the top with an outstanding 92.50-point ride, securing the $50,000 check. Jacob Lees recorded an impressive 91 points for second place, followed by a pair of 90.50-point rides by Roedy Farrell and Luke Thrash.

Wyatt Casper delivered the top performance in the saddle bronc riding, receiving a 90.50-point score aboard Mary Lou to claim $50,000. Gus Gaillard finished just behind him with a 90-point ride, while Kade Bruno placed third with an 89-point effort. Canada's Logan Hay rounded out the field with 82.50 points.

Noah Lee was the only bull rider to make the whistle in the four-man round, delivering a 77-point ride to claim the 2026 Calgary Stampede bull riding championship. Lee is having a storybook season, currently leading the Resisol Rookie Bull Riding standings and sitting No. 2 in the world. T Parker, Garrett Green, and Hayden Welsh were unable to complete their rides and each collected $12,500 for their efforts.

Zach Jongbloed delivered one of the most consistent tie-down roping performances of the week, capping it off with a 7.2-second run to win the $50,000 top check. Brushton Minton followed with a 7.8-second run to finish second and collect $20,000, while John Douch rounded out the top three with a 10.0-second time and $10,000.

Riley Duvall delivered when it mattered most in the steer wrestling, stopping the clock at 3.9 seconds to claim the $50,000 championship check. Trisyn Kalawaia finished runner-up with a 4.1-second run, while Jesse Brown rounded out the top three with a 5.3-second run.

The first round of Showdown Sunday barrel racing saw Hayle Gibson-Stillwell shatter Kassie Mowry’s arena record from just a few days ago, laying down an incredible 16.56-second run. But in the winner-takes-all four-man round, it was Hailey Kinsel who emerged victorious by mere hundredths of a second. Her 16.802-second effort secured her $50,000 check, followed by Gibson-Stillwell’s 16.819, Carlee Otero’s 16.833, and Heidi Gunderson’s 17.201.

After a dominant showing in her pool, Cheyanne McCartney continued her momentum on Showdown Sunday, capturing the 2026 Calgary Stampede breakaway roping title with a 2.7-second run. Cadee Williams finished second with a 3.4, while Rylee George rounded out the top three with a 12.4-second run after breaking the barrier.
