Cam Heyward gets no love from ESPN rankings

Cam Heyward didn't make ESPN's list of the top 10 defensive tackles for 2026, voted on by NFL executives, coaches, and scouts. That snub is tough to swallow considering what Heyward put on tape in 2025.

Heyward never missed a game and, for his tremendous efforts, earned second-team AP All-Pro honors and All-AFC recognition. He played at a level most defensive linemen never scratch at 36, leading all Steelers defensive linemen with 78 combined tackles, added 3.5 sacks and posted nine tackles for loss and nine quarterback hits.
