Canfield 12U tops Boardman in district tournament thriller

BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) – Canfield 12U came from behind to take down Boardman, 3-2, and force an "If-Game" in the championship of the 2026 Ohio District 2 Baseball Tournament.

The game remained scoreless until the bottom of the 3rd when Kylar Diaz came through with a bases loaded 2-run single to give Boardman a 2-0 lead.
