Carson Kvapil Takes Pole at Gateway in Huge Chase Statement

Carson Kvapil continues to heat up at exactly the right time.

The 23-year-old driver will lead the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series to the green flag Saturday night at World Wide Technology Raceway after capturing the pole position for the Nu Way 225. It marks Kvapil's second consecutive pole after he also started first at Darlington last weekend.
