Catch the 2026 World Cup at these Detroit venues

Detroit City Football Club — Detroit’s professional soccer team — is hosting a series of free events throughout Detroit to watch the USA and Mexico games.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementCandela Detroit is leaning into the multicultural side of the international games, offering specialty foods that correspond with participating countries, as well as raffles and contests.
McShane’s Irish Pub and Whiskey Bar will host the Detroit chapter of the Detroit American Outlaws soccer supporters group, focusing on USA matches. Other venues, including The Old Shillelagh, El Nacimiento Mexican Restaurant, Conor O'Neill's and others will screen every game, some with game-day specials and entertainment.
Here’s a list of where to watch the World Cup 2026 in Southeast Michigan.
Detroit City Football Club
The professional football club will host free watch parties for both the USA and Mexico matches at various locations throughout Detroit. USA watch parties will take place June 12 and 19 at Campus Martius Park downtown and on June 25 at Detroit City Fieldhouse, 3401 E. Lafayette Street. Mexico watch parties will take place June 11, 18 and 24 at Los Galanes, 3362 Bagley St. Events are free and open to all ages, but fans must register in advance to attend the USA watch parties and are encouraged to arrive early for the Mexico matches. McShane’s will host free USA watch parties at 9 p.m. June 12, 3 p.m. June 19 and 10 p.m. June 25 with the Detroit chapter of the American Outlaws soccer supporters group. McShane's is located at 1460 Michigan Ave., Detroit. For details, visit their Facebook and Instagram pages.
The Irish pub and sports bar will host watch parties for every game, with special events for USA and big rivalry matches and knockout rounds, plus the quarterfinals, semifinals and final. The pub will feature wall-to-wall TVs across multiple floors, game-day food and drink specials and DJ sets. Tickets are $17.83 and are available on their Eventbrite page. El Nacimiento Mexican Restaurant is hosting watch parties for every match, featuring giant screens and surround sound, along with beverages and Mexican food. The restaurant is located at 7400 W Vernor Hwy, Detroit.
Candela Detroit will host free watch parties for every match, starting 1.5 hours before kickoff. The events will include multicultural food as well as raffles, contests and a halftime show. The restaurant is located at 3564 W. Vernor Hwy., Detroit. For details, visit www.candeladetroit.com.
Harry’s Detroit will stream every match with full audio and no cover charge and a complete menu available. The bar is located at 2482 Clifford St., Detroit.

The Regal Eagle Detroit
The Regal Eagle is Detroit’s newest soccer bar and is inviting fans to join them to celebrate the games together. The bar is located at 3537 W. Vernor Hwy., Detroit.

J’s Penalty Box Sports Bar
J’s Penalty Box will host watch parties for every match with food and drink specials every day. They are located at 22726 Woodward Ave., Ferndale.
