Charlotte Hornets jersey history No. 1 Malik Monk 2017-2021

After being selected with the No. 11 overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, Malik Monk spent four seasons with the Charlotte Hornets, wearing the No. 1. Primarily a sixth man in Charlotte, the former Kentucky guard made one start for the Hornets in 233 total appearances. In those games, he averaged 9.1 points, two rebounds, 1.8 assists, 0.4 steals and 0.2 blocks.Following his first four NBA seasons, Monk went to the West Coast, inking a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Lakers. When his contract was up with the Lakers, Monk moved on to Sacramento and has since received a contract extension with the Kings that runs through the 2027-28 season.
