The Clemson Tigers saw five of their players selected in the 2026 MLB Draft. Starting pitcher Aidan Knaak was the first Tiger off the board as the Milwaukee Brewers selected him in the fifth round of the draft.

The Kansas City Royals drafted pitcher Justin LeGuernic in the sixth round, while catcher Jacob Jarrell went to the Atlanta Braves in the eighth round.
