Commute: Tamar Bates signs two way deal with Utah
So far this summer Bates has shown he can make an impact. Maybe Utah is the right place for him.
The Utah Jazz announced Bates as one of their two way deal players, signing Tamar along with Blake Hinson and Trey Alexander. Bates scored 16 points in the Jazz most recent summer league loss to the San Antonio Spurs.
Bates signed a two-way deal with the Denver Nuggets last season but missed the majority of it after needing surgery to repair a fractured left foot and never appeared in an NBA game.
