Crisis management expert says WNBA commissioner Cathy Engelbert should resign

Cathy Engelbert, the embattled commissioner of the WNBA, is scheduled to speak to reporters on Saturday in Chicago ahead of the league's annual All-Star Game at the United Center (8:30 p.m. ET, ABC/Disney+).
