Czechs sweep to Billie Jean King Cup title

Wimbledon champion Linda Noskova led Czechia to a first Billie Jean King Cup title for eight years.

Noskova won her third straight-sets match of the week in Shenzhen, beating Elina Svitolina 6-3, 7-6 (7-5), as Czechia defeated Ukraine 2-0.
