Deadly blast traps workers in India tunnel | DW News

A blast at a hydroelectric project in India's Sikkim state killed at least 10 people. Over two dozen are feared trapped deeper in the tunnel, behind where a suspected gas explosion caused the tunnel to collapse. Authorities said toxic fumes hampered rescue efforts and left little chance of survival for those trapped.
