He still has room to develop, which means Everton would be investing in the present and the future.

While Premier League experience is often viewed as a safety net, Doue has shown he possesses quality in abundance.

Players with his profile rarely come cheap once they establish themselves at a higher level.

Moyes has an opportunity to secure a potential star before his value climbs even further.
