Falcons training camp: Updated 90-man roster, practice dates

It may be hard to believe, but the Atlanta Falcons' rookies report for training camp tomorrow. After what has been an incredibly long and largely uneventful offseason in Atlanta, real football is actually within reach.

Rookies will report on Friday, July 24, which gives them a little extra time to get acclimated to life in the NFL. As for the veteran players, they are set to arrive on July 28. The team's first practice takes place on Wednesday, July 29.

The Falcons have 10 open practices scheduled, starting on Friday, July 31 at IBM Performance Field. The team will also hold two joint practice sessions with the Indianapolis Colts leading up to their preseason game on August 22.

Since we're painfully close to training camp, here's a quick rundown of the Falcons' current 90-man roster and their 2026 open practice schedule.

    Falcons training camp: Open practice schedule

    Atlanta will hold 12 open practices over a three-week stretch, starting on Friday, July 31, and ending on Thursday, August 20. The final two dates are joint practices with the Indianapolis Colts leading up to their preseason game on Saturday, August 22.
