Five Eagles practice-squad players with long-term potential
The Philadelphia Eagles built their practice squad with enough experience to address immediate needs, but several members of the group should be viewed as longer-term investments. Philadelphia used several of its 17 spots on young players with unusual athletic traits, draft pedigree or potential at premium positions. Here are five practice-squad prospects who could eventually develop into active-roster contributors.
1. Kiran Amegadjie, OL
Amegadjie offers the most intriguing combination of position value, size and draft pedigree. Chicago selected the former Yale offensive tackle in the third round of the 2024 NFL draft.
