The Minnesota Vikings hired Nolan Teasley for their vacant General Manager position back on May 30th, after moving on from Kwesi Adofo-Mensah earlier in the year. Teasley brings a new energy and excitement to this front office, and while some may have had their doubts, the positive words have been coming in left and right. Most recently, a former All-Pro sang Teasley's praises.

Former Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman paid high praise to Teasley, saying he "loved" the hire. Here's what he had to say:

“I love it. He’s a guy who works incredibly hard, a guy who cares about the players, he cares about his job, he cares about the organizations... A lot of people get the elevator, and then you get to the top, and you don’t know how to operate. But when you take the stairs, you know how to build and operate… I think he’s going to do a fantastic job for the Minnesota Vikings.”

It should spark excitement among the fan base that former players and media members are speaking highly of Nolan Teasley. While this is his first General Manager position in the NFL, he seems to have a lot of momentum behind him, and will be exciting to see how he leads the ship from here.
