Free agent S Jordan Whitehead visits Steelers

The Steelers hosted veteran safety Jordan Whitehead for a free agent visit on Thursday, according to the NFL personnel notice.

Whitehead, who played at the University of Pittsburgh, recently was cleared to resume his football career.
