The Guardians lost 3-1 in 12 innings to the Twins.

Look, folks, I am frustrated, so the less said the better.

Gavin Williams was amazing pitching seven scoreless, allowing two hits, no walks and striking out eleven.

Hunter Gaddis did not have his best performance, walking two batters, then Cade Smith was brought in and allowed the tying run to score. But, you cannot expect your pitching staff to be perfect. That’s unrealistic.

The Twins bullpen is bad. Twins fans will tell you that. And yet they allowed ONE hit to the Guardians in five innings today. Patrick Bailey’s homer provided the Guardians’ only run.

I am jealous of Petey Halpin who got to slap Grant Fink on Monday. Ah well. On to Tampa.
