Cleveland Browns tight end Harold Fannin Jr. had five receptions for 54 yards on six targets in Week 2 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Why it Matters: Fannin had a mediocre Week 1, but he was a little more useful in the second outing, which also resulted in a victory. As long as he can stay on the same page with Deshaun Watson, he should remains in that low-end TE1 territory, especially in PPR formats.
