Harrisburg’s Samuels earns gold with U19 National team

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Harrisburg volleyball's Josalyn Samuels had herself a week in Costa Rica, winning gold at the Continental Championship with the United States U19 National Team on Friday night.

The Nebraska commit was named Best Setter of the tournament, serving six aces and two kills in the 3-0 gold medal win over Canada. The U.S. cruised to the title match after sweeping Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico.
