Highlights: Cejudo Escapes With Win In Misfits Boxing Debut

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) double champion, Henry Cejudo, made his boxing debut earlier tonight (Sat., Sept. 26, 2026) in the main event of the Misfits Boxing event that went down inside James L. Knight Center in Miami, Florida. Initially set to face Deen The Great, Cejudo was matched up against actor and amateur boxer, Javon "Wanna" Walton as a replacement, who came in with an undefeated record of 3-0.

There was not a ton of action to speak of early, as it took Cejudo a bit to get going. The same went for Walton, which is understandable since he took the fight on short notice.
