How Eastern Conference odds stack up after Jaylen Brown trade

After adding Jaylen Brown in a blockbuster trade with the rival Boston Celtics, the Philadelphia 76ers are now the third betting favorite to win the Eastern Conference but they still somehow remain behind Boston, per DraftKings.

The defending NBA champion Knicks are the favorite on DraftKings, followed by the now Brown-less Celtics and then the Sixers, who can now pair Brown with Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid in a formidable "Big 3″ along with rookie sensation VJ Edgecombe.
