Injury fear once more for Assan Ouédraogo

RB Leipzig have temporarily averted the first crisis of the season with a commanding 5-0 home victory over Hamburger SV. However, the joy of the convincing success was tempered by another injury setback for unlucky Assan Ouédraogo.

The attacking midfielder went down in the 35th minute following a seemingly innocuous challenge with Albert Grønbæk. After receiving brief treatment, and clearly in pain with his right shoulder, Ouédraogo was unable to continue and was promptly taken to the dressing room. "We still have to wait for the examination, but it doesn't look good," said head coach Martin Demichelis, who confirmed: "It's the same injury."
