Ja'Marr Chase out with concussion

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase (concussion) left the Week 4 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars due to head injury, and he has been ruled out for the rest of the game due to concussion.

Chase had a tough time on a second-down reception in the first half, as was twisted awkwardly, then hit in the helmet, shortly after being pulled down by the face mask.
