Jaguars sign LB Jahlani Tavai

The Jaguars signed linebacker Jahlani Tavai, the team announced Thursday.

In a corresponding move, the Jaguars waived linebacker Jared Bartlett with an injury designation.

Tavai, 29, was released by the Patriots in March after spending the past two seasons in New England. In 2025, Tavai totaled 42 tackles and a forced fumble in 12 games with seven starts. He saw action on 228 defensive snaps and 218 on special teams.
