Jason Day withdraws from 3M Open

A back injury has cut Jason Day's time in the Twin Cities short.

The 13-time Tour winner withdrew from the 3M Open field Wednesday. He finished 73-71 over the first two rounds at Royal Birkdale in missing the cut at last week's Open Championship.
