Jaxson Dart injury update: What happened to the Giants QB?

After a weekend of brutal quarterback injuries, the New York Giants were hoping not to add to the list this week. Unfortunately, early on in their Monday Night Football matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, quarterback Jaxson Dart went down with an apparent injury.

On the Giants first offensive possession of the game, Dart and New York were facing a long third down from about midfield looking to break the ice with a score. The Rams got pressure to Dart, which caused the quarterback to hurry his throw downfield that ultimately fell incomplete. Dart, however, took the brunt of two Rams players to his body as he was sandwiched between them and came away from the play on the ground holding his knee in pain.
