Josh Heupel releases statement on Arion Carter's suspension

The NCAA suspended Tennessee senior linebacker Arion Carter for two games, according to Adam Sparks of the Knoxville News Sentinel.

Carter is suspended two games for a $427.48 flight, which he repaid, during the NFL pre-draft process.
