Kentucky court now rules Texas Tech QB Thomas Castellanos ineligible

The status of Texas Tech football backup quarterback Thomas Castellanos is now up in the air after a recent court ruling.

Castellanos joined the Red Raiders in August after earning a temporary injunction from a judge in the state of Kentucky. On Friday, the Kentucky Court of Appeals sided with the NCAA in dissolving that TRO, which would make the Florida State transfer ineligible to play.
