SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The United States men’s national team was eliminated in the World Cup round of sixteen but that isn’t stopping soccer fans from showing out for the final.

Krav’n and the American Outlaws Sioux Falls chapter partnered all tournament long to host watch parties for the United States games but felt it was only right to have one last event to see Spain and Argentina battle it out for the title. Sioux Falls Outlaws president Clint Krahn shared how special it was to see so many people take an interest in soccer through the tournament.

“It’s awesome and that’s part of what the mission is of American Outlaws is getting people to love the game,” Krahn said. “Getting them aware, getting them to come out and enjoy it. That’s evident today, there’s a lot of people that, no, the U.S. is not playing, but still a lot of people coming out to watch the final.”

Krahn says the collaboration will continue for the Men’s International Friendlies in September.
