Lions worked out free agent CB Trevon Diggs

The Lions worked out free agent cornerback Trevon Diggs, according to the NFL's personnel notice.

Diggs, 27, became a free agent Jan. 20 when the Packers cut him after two games and 34 snaps. The Packers had claimed him off waivers from the Cowboys on Dec. 31.
