Malik Davis set to miss 2026 season
Dallas Cowboys RB Malik Davis (hip) underwent hip surgery Saturday, Sept. 12, and will miss the rest of the 2026 season, according to a source.

Why It Matters: Emari Demercado is in line to take over the No. 2 running back job with Davis sidelined but can be avoided by fantasy players for now. Javonte Williams will see most of the snaps at running back in Week 1 and can be at least a No. 2 running back in fantasy leagues.
