Matthew Stafford passes for 390 yards in loss

Los Angeles Rams QB Matthew Stafford completed 30 of 55 passes for 390 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions in a Week 3 loss to the Denver Broncos. Stafford also ran twice for 13 yards.

Why It Matters: Once again forced to function without Puka Nacua (groin) and then Terrance Ferguson (ankle), who departed during the game with an ankle issue, Stafford still threw for almost 400 yards on the road. He did miss a couple of potential big plays and had an ugly pick-six, but it was a solid statistical effort. Stafford has proven he can retain QB2 value even without Nacua, who may be able to return in Week 4.
