Holloway recently revealed that he didn't learn wrestling in highschool because he didn't want to wear a singlet.However, considering Holloway now fights in packed arenas wearingjust tight shorts, the Hawaiian believes he should have just donethe needful to learn wrestling."A bunch of my friends were trying to get me into wrestling. But Iwasn't about to be caught dead in a singlet. Are you crazy? Atfirst, I thought that was crazy," Holloway told UFC reporter MeganOlivi. "But now look at me. I'm 30-something years old; I usetights to fight. Like, what the hell? I should have just put onthat damn singlet to learn wrestling."Holloway (27-9) lost his BMF title to CharlesOliveira via a lopsided decision at UFC 326 this past March.
